When you choose a amino acid or basepair, the page will be replaced by an image (which must be downloaded, so this may take a moment) and on the right a column will appear that allows you to color or fill different parts of the amino acid. If you click on the "New Pic Left" phrase here or below, this text will also be replaced by a choice page (which, in turn, will call up a amino acid or basepair for comparison). The amino acids can be moved by clicking in the picture and holding the mouse button down while dragging in the direction you want the amino acid to go.
